PARIS -- Environmentalists are split over whether the United States is working to secure an ambitious-enough final global climate change deal here, with U.S.-based groups arguing that the Obama administration has pushed for a strong deal against opposition from some large developing nations, while groups from developing countries say the United States has ignored pleas from the most vulnerable countries for an even stronger deal.
