President Obama and his top officials are reiterating their plans for aggressive measures to address climate change, with one White House official saying the president has put the issue at the top of his agenda for the rest of his term and that EPA's final greenhouse gas (GHG) rule for existing power plants will maintain the “type of ambition” the proposed version of the rule outlined.
