The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) and former state electricity regulators are the latest to join Minnesota in defending a state law seeking to curb greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the power sector, with both groups charging in amicus briefs the law does not violate the Constitution's dormant Commerce Clause.
