RFF Sees Significant Emissions Spike From Draft DOE Coal, Nuclear Plan

Researchers are projecting significant increases in both climate and conventional air pollution from the Trump administration's forthcoming plan to aid at-risk coal and nuclear plants, finding that any emissions reduction benefits from continuing to run zero-carbon nuclear plants would be more than offset by the rescue of coal plants.
