Republican AGs Urge EPA To Withdraw ESPS Over Six 'Legal Deficiencies'

Republican attorneys general (AGs) from 17 states are urging EPA to withdraw its proposed greenhouse gas (GHG) rule for existing power plants over six “legal deficiencies,” issues that will form the basis of certain litigation the officials are likely to file if the agency promulgates a final measure that is similar to the proposed version.
