Pending GOP Legislative NEPA Efforts Could End Up In CEQ Rule Update

Dozens of pending legislative efforts by congressional Republicans, largely in the House, to streamline and speed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews could find their way into a major regulatory update the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is launching, sources say.
