Judge Says Former Advisers Can Sue On Pruitt's Policy But Weighs Merits

A federal judge says that some former EPA science advisers can challenge former Administrator Scott Pruitt's 2017 directive barring the agency's advisers from receiving EPA research grants, but Judge Trevor McFadden signaled during a Dec. 7 hearing that he is still weighing the merits of the suit.
