Industry Eyes Supreme Court Appeal Over Oregon, California LCFS Rulings

A coalition of industry groups says it may ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider its challenges to low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS) programs in Oregon and California that have been largely dismissed by a federal appellate court.
