Top Senate Republicans are promising to advance the nomination of Scott Pruitt as the Trump administration's head of EPA after Democrats stalled the nomination by boycotting the planned Feb. 1 vote on the nomination in the Environment & Public Works (EPW) Committee for allegedly failing to adequately answer their questions.
