Former State Officials Urge Biden EPA Funding Hike, More Cooperation

A bipartisan group of more than 40 former state regulators is urging the incoming Biden EPA to significantly ramp up cooperation with states and tribes on environmental programs, while also warning that current federal and state funding resources are inadequate to tackle climate change and other major problems.
