FERC Asks D.C. Circuit Not To Vacate Pipeline Permits Over GHG Analysis

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is asking an appellate court to reconsider its landmark ruling vacating key permits for a major natural gas pipeline in the Southeast because it found the commission failed to analyze the downstream greenhouse gas effects of the gas when it is burned at power plants.
