Ethanol Group Signals Suit Over California LCFS Changes On Hydrogen, EVs

A top ethanol trade group that has successfully litigated against California's low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS) is indicating that it may again sue over pending LCFS amendments that would for the first time grant credits for hydrogen and electric vehicle (EV) charging station capacity.
