EPA Outlines Voluntary Steps To Reduce GHGs, Other Pollutants At Ports

EPA is outlining a host of voluntary strategies that ports could adopt to reduce significant levels of greenhouse gases and conventional air pollutants, focusing on land-based measures such as truck engine retrofits and prioritizing the oldest equipment for new emissions controls.
