EPA is sending fresh signals that it is might reduce the out-year greenhouse gas emission impacts of electric vehicles (EVs) -- possibly lowering compliance burdens under the agency's light-duty vehicle GHG rule -- to account for emissions cuts expected from its GHG rule for existing power plants.
