Environmentalists Push To Reinstate Minnesota Law Limiting Utility GHGs

Environmentalists are urging a federal appellate court to reinstate Minnesota's law curbing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the power sector, saying it is needed to help their broader efforts to curb and capture GHGs -- even though the state law is slated to sunset once EPA regulates the emissions.
