Environmentalists To Challenge Delay, Reconsideration Of Methane NSPS

EPA is formally staying several portions of the Obama-era methane rule for new oil and gas drilling equipment while it reconsiders those provisions, an action that drew an immediate litigation threat from several environmental groups that argue the issues identified by the agency do not meet the statutory test for reconsideration.
