Environmentalists, CARB Press EPA To Strengthen Proposed HFC Limits

Environmentalists and California state officials are backing EPA limits on hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) chemicals, rejecting calls from industry that they need more time to transition away from the high global warming potential (GWP) chemicals and recommending several provisions to strengthen the agency's approach.
