Environmental Coalition Sues White House Over NEPA Streamlining Rule

A national coalition of 20 environmental groups is filing suit over the White House Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) new rule to streamline how agencies implement the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), charging that the rule will unlawfully “eviscerate core components of NEPA.” The July 29 challenge , Alaska Community Action on Toxics, et al. v.
