Court Rejects FERC Efforts To Delay Suits Over Pipelines' NEPA Reviews

At least two federal appellate panels are rejecting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) efforts to delay litigation over its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews underlying approvals of new natural gas pipelines and instead are ordering the cases to proceed.
