California Lawmakers Punt For Now On Bills To Extend GHG Cap & Trade

California lawmakers are restarting negotiations on how to extend the state's greenhouse gas cap-and-trade program past 2020, rejecting three bills that would have altered the program to achieve the state's 2030 GHG target as they continue to try to reach a compromise by September.
