C2ES Tees Up Linking Clean Energy Standard To Non-Utility Programs

The Center for Climate & Energy Solutions (C2ES) is floating the concept of linking a clean energy standard (CES) for the power industry with programs designed for other sectors, in an effort to broaden the scope of possible emission reductions and reduce cost.
