Oil Sector Touts Market 'Model' For GHG Reductions Ahead Of Paris Talks

The oil and natural gas sector is intensifying calls for federal officials to ensure any international climate agreement reached in Paris next month relies on market-driven replacement of higher-emitting fuels with lower-emitting natural gas while avoiding “command-and-control” regulations that harm the economy.
