Vehicles: Rhodium finds California GHG deal could ‘rival’ Obama rules

A new analysis of the greenhouse gas impacts of California’s voluntary deal with several automakers on vehicle emission rules finds that the pact would be at least a marginal improvement over the Trump administration’s proposal to freeze standards and might ultimately “rival” the GHG cuts of current, Obama-era rules.
