States: Pennsylvania's Wolf sets statewide GHG reduction goal

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf (D) is setting economy-wide greenhouse gas reduction targets for the state that align with the Obama administration's pledge under the Paris Agreement, with the goal of reducing the state government's energy consumption 3 percent per year through 2025. The targets are included in a Jan. 8 executive order that also directs state agencies to take a range of steps on clean energy. But it is not clear how state officials will achieve Wolf's new goals either...
