States: Minnesota auto dealers sue state to block vehicle GHG, ZEV rules

Minnesota auto dealers are suing state air regulators in federal district court to block proposed vehicle greenhouse gas standards and zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) rules, charging the state cannot adopt such rules because EPA revoked California’s Clean Air Act preemption waiver to implement its own regulations that other states may then adopt.
