States: EPA announces plans to reopen three more regional offices

EPA is continuing its push to reopen regional agency offices, with Administrator Andrew Wheeler announcing that three additional EPA regions are entering a seven-day quarantine period prior to starting “phase 1” of bringing agency staff back to work after the closures from the COVID pandemic.
