States: California, New York vow legal fight to save Clean Power Plan

California and New York officials are vowing to wage a legal fight against the Trump administration's proposal to repeal EPA's Clean Power Plan (CPP), charging that federal regulators are obligated by law to reduce greenhouse gases from power plants.
