Regulation: SAB schedules next biomass CO2 call

After a months-long delay, EPA's Science Advisory Board (SAB) has set a date for its biogenic carbon dioxide panel to reconvene this fall, suggesting the now-augmented panel may begin to overhaul its earlier draft report that the full board had said was inadequate and required a re-write.
