Regulation: Pruitt dampens hopes of cellulosic biofuel boost

EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is tamping down calls from producers of low-carbon advanced and cellulosic biofuels that the agency might increase proposed blending mandates for the fuels under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) in 2018.
