Regulation: Environmental groups urge EPA to delay FOIA rule

More than a dozen environmental groups are urging EPA to delay the effective date of its new rule for how it will respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, amid concerns by senators and others that the changes will politicize the process.
