Regulation: Clock starts for filing suits over final EPA aircraft GHG rule

EPA is scheduled to publish its rule setting first-time greenhouse gas standards for aircraft engines in the Federal Register on Jan. 11, starting a 60-day Clean Air Act clock for filing legal challenges to the rule that environmentalists have signaled they might pursue because the policy does not mandate GHG cuts beyond current industry efforts.
