People: Trump to nominate DOJ trial attorney as EPA inspector general

President Donald Trump has announced his intent to nominate Department of Justice (DOJ) trial attorney Sean O’Donnell as EPA’s next inspector general (IG), a position that has been vacant since October 2018 when former long-running IG Arthur Elkins, Jr. left the agency for an unspecified job in the private sector.
