People: Biden narrows EPA chief pick to three finalists

President-elect Joe Biden has reportedly narrowed the candidates he is considering as EPA administrator to three finalists: California Air Resources Board chief Mary Nichols, Mom’s Clean Air Force national field director Heather McTeer Toney and National Wildlife Federation (NWF) chief executive Collin O’Mara.
