People: Biden to hire Ceronsky in White House Counsel’s office

President-elect Joe Biden will hire former Obama administration climate change adviser Megan Ceronsky to be part of his White House Counsel’s office, where she will likely seek to bolster the legal defense of a range of the incoming administration’s climate change policies.
