People: AFGE urges Biden to select Ragland as EPA Region 5 chief

Members of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) representing EPA Region 5 employees are asking President-elect Joe Biden to choose former Obama EPA official Micah Ragland as the regional administrator covering Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin and 35 tribes.
