Loose Change: Trump ousts FERC chair over carbon pricing push

President Donald Trump has ousted Neil Chatterjee as chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) although he will stay on as a commissioner through June, with reports suggesting the president is upset with Chatterjee’s recent moves to incorporate state carbon pricing programs into power markets.
