Loose Change: Shell urges EPA to preserve oil & gas methane limits

Shell, the world's second-largest oil and gas company, is urging EPA to preserve direct methane limits on the oil and gas industry and to eventually issue regulations for existing sources in the sector, underscoring an industry split on the issue between large and small producers.
