Loose Change: NOAA personnel moves might target climate science

The federal agency that has a lead role in the National Climate Assessment -- the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) -- has recently installed several new political appointees with a history of questioning or dismissing mainstream climate change science, potentially undercutting NOAA’s next mandated climate review.
