Loose Change: Industry group launches to push sweeping EV goals

A major new industry coalition of utilities, some automakers, and electric charging companies is launching to support federal policies that will enable all new auto sales in 2030 to be electric vehicles (EVs), a push that broadly aligns with goals of the incoming Biden administration but is nevertheless a heavy lift.
