Loose Change: EPA, DOT unveil rule to scrap California auto GHG power

EPA and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) are detailing their long-expected final rule revoking California’s unique Clean Air Act authority to regulate auto greenhouse gases, arguing the step is a necessary predicate to their forthcoming rule to roll back Obama-era requirements.
