Loose Change: Congress to pass week-long FY21 funding extension

Lawmakers are planning to pass a week-long funding bill this week that would avert a looming expiration of fiscal year 2021 funding authority, extending their self-imposed deadline to reach a bipartisan compromise on broader omnibus legislation to fund EPA and other agencies for the remainder of the fiscal year.
