Litigation: Nissan joins GM in leaving suit over state GHG rules

Another major automaker -- Nissan -- has withdrawn its legal support for the Trump administration’s rule preempting California and other states’ vehicle greenhouse gas programs, further lessening industry support for the administration’s vehicle policies.
