Litigation: Industry seeks to intervene in suit over CEQ NEPA rule

Industry groups are asking a federal district court in California to allow them to intervene in a lawsuit to defend the Trump administration’s rule significantly curbing the reach of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) -- a move that could complicate the incoming Biden administration’s expected effort to revoke the rule.
