Litigation: EPA inks settlement with another aftermarket parts maker

EPA has signed a $1.1 million civil settlement with Performance Diesel Inc. (PDI) requiring the Utah-based company to stop the sale products the government alleges are unlawful aftermarket defeat devices, the latest in a series of actions aimed at curbing unlawful emissions releases due to the industry’s products.
