Litigation: EPA, free-market groups spar over standing in ACE suit

EPA and free-market groups that are challenging the agency’s Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) coal plant climate rule are sparring over whether a recent appeals court ruling helps the groups demonstrate they have standing to bring their claims that the agency lacks Clean Air Act authority to regulate the plants’ greenhouse gases.
