Litigation: Environmentalists urge court to scrap CEQ’s NEPA rule

The Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC) and other environmental groups are urging a federal district court to vacate the White House Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) rule streamlining how federal agencies implement the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
