Litigation: DOJ opposes petitioner briefing plan in auto GHG suit

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is pushing back against petitioners’ proposed briefing schedule in consolidated litigation over EPA and the Transportation Department’s rollback of vehicle greenhouse gas standards, calling for more time to brief the case while also pressing for shorter briefs from petitioners.
