Litigation: D.C. Circuit rejects requests to rehear methane NSPS suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in an 8-3 vote has rejected requests from some states and oil and gas industry groups to rehear its divided ruling vacating EPA's 90-day stay on implementing an Obama-era rule setting first-time limits on the greenhouse gas methane from new oil and gas drilling operations.
