Litigation: Court grants EPA motion to pause methane NSPS suit

A federal appellate court has agreed to hold pending litigation over EPA's first-time methane standards for new oil and gas equipment in abeyance while the agency reviews the rule pursuant to President Donald Trump's energy executive order, though the court is also ordering EPA provide periodic updates on its review.
