Litigation: Automakers move to defend Trump GHG rollback in court

Most of the auto manufacturing sector is moving to support the Trump administration’s rollback of light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas rules against legal attacks, arguing that EPA and the Transportation Department “lawfully exercised their discretion” in setting standards much weaker that Obama-era requirements.
